At ARMENOID, we strive for quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unwashed;
Be in its original condition;
If possible, be returned with the original packaging and labels.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that the products have been returned.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

Products made to the customer's specifications;
Personalised products;
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if they have been worn, washed or damaged.
